The Educational Assistance program is available to benefit eligible employees who have been employed with the Company for at least 6 months. Courses must be job or career related and must from an accredited higher learning institution; books and some associated fees are also eligible for reimbursement. Qualified employees are eligible for up to $5250 in reimbursements per calendar year; reimbursements may be prorated based on final grade. Please see the Educational Assistance Policy for details of the program. There is a 2-year obligation to remain with the company from the point of reimbursement or repayment is required. Completed forms and documentation can be e-mailed to benefits@kldiscovery.com for processing.
